  • Strong and entrepreneurial teams with clear focus and high commitment 

NEED FINDING

Six-eight weeks full-time clinical immersion in health care

  • Introduction and navigation in host healthcare organization
  • Observation and interviews
  • User journeys
  • Definition and documentation of identified Needs

Goal

  • Well documented observations and needs
  • Interviews with patients, health care professionals and other stakeholders
  • Feedback and reporting to host clinic

NEED SCREENING

Six-eight weeks for need analysis and screening

  • Deeper analysis of identified Needs
  • Root conflict analysis
  • Solubility estimation
  • Need portfolio assessment
  • Stakeholder mapping

Goal

  • Shortlisting of 20 validated needs
  • Needs with high technical probability of success
  • Needs with high commercial probability of success

CONCEPT GENERATION AND SCREENING

Six-eight weeks of concept development

  • Literature studies
  • IPR Landscaping
  • Health economics
  • Regulatory
  • Creative workshops
  • Prototyping
  • User testing

Goal

  • One minimum viable concept based on a prioritized healthcare need

STRATEGY AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

One month business model validation
